3 Ingredients for Dinner

Tonight's recipe is barely even a recipe at all. It only takes three ingredients and minimal prep time to prepare this delicious meal for your family. And it's not instant ramen noodles or a premade frozen meal. Your microwave won't drop a sweat to make these delicious BBQ pulled chicken sandwiches. They put BBQ restaurants to shame with their quick and cheap prep. I would say it's even easier than going out. You can simply multiply or divide the recipe to fit your needs. Whether your a family of 6 hungry boys that will need at least 6 well sized chicken breasts and a whole jar of BBQ sauce or a single college student who just wants a quick bite to eat before class, this recipe can be for you! So plug in your slow cooker and rest assured that dinner is taken care of.

Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken Sandwiches
serves 4
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup BBQ sauce
4 toasted buns

Place your chicken breasts in a crockpot and pour in enough water to almost cover them. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5. Remove the chicken to a large bowl and allow it to cool slightly. Once cooled, shred it with a fork and mix in the BBQ sauce. Serve sandwiched between a toasted bun.
