To Continue with the Peanut Butter Loving....

Because yesterday's peanut butter recipes were not enough, and I am wishfully thinking of warmer weather, I had to share this peanut butter cookie bananacream recipe with you tonight. Hopefully (if your weather is anything like mine) you will not be too frozen to enjoy it. If so, you can always pass up the bananacream and just enjoy the cookie crumbles.
Peanut Butter Cookie Bananacream
Peanut Butter Cookie Bananacream
Cookie:
3 tbsp peanut butter
½ cup oatmeal
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp chia seed


Bananacream:
1 frozen banana
½ cup milk
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp peanut butter

To make the cookie, blend the chia seeds and oatmeal together until they are powdery. Add in the peanut butter, cinnamon, and sugar. Push out about ¼ inch thick on a greased baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove and let cool. Crumble up.

For the bananacream, blend the milk, cinnamon, peanut butter, and frozen banana together along with half of the cookie crumbles. Top with the rest of the crumbled cookie.

Snowed in days like today are perfect for knitting projects. Here is a little purse/ bag I made for Harp's American Girl Dolls. I loaded it up with miniature school supplies like a tiny stapler and mini sticky notes. She thought it was too cute. I made Harp a matching bag that is her size. I'll share it later.
