Roasted Red Pepper, Feta, and Hummus Pizza

I just made this amazing pizza for lunch and had to share it right away. Roasted red peppers, hummus, and feta come together nicely to make a pizza with a bit of a Greek flare. The thinly sliced onion brings a nice flavor without overpowering everything else. You could use a homemade pizza crust by just prebaking it before laying on your toppings. I used a premade one that I got at World Market yesterday. I love that store so much. It has tons of cool stuff to look at. I could spend all day in there exploring. Before you get sick of my ramblings, here is the pizza recipe.
Roasted Red Pepper, Feta, and Hummus Pizza
1- 7" prepared pizza crust
1 ounce feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup thinly sliced onion
2 ounces roasted red pepper
3 tbsp. plain hummus
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Heat a small pan to medium heat with a little oil in the bottom. Sauté the onion until lightly browned. Spread the hummus on the pizza crust and sprinkle on the cheese. Top with the roasted pepper and onion. Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the crust is crispy.
