With all those unhealthy Christmas cookie choices, it is nice to have a better for you but still delicious option on hand. You won't have to feel bad about indulging in as many of these as you want. You get your chocolate fix and a good for you snack all rolled up into one.
¼ cup date paste or honey
6 tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup oatmeal
2 tbsp coconut oil or butter, melted
½ tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
Blend the oats into a flour. Mix the oatflour
with the cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Stir in the oil and date paste.
Roll into balls and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
