8 cups strawberries
1 cup sugar
- Juice the lemon, and put the strawberries in a food processor. Process them until they are just tiny chunks.
- Combine the lemon juice, strawberries, and sugar in a pot. Turn the stove on high, and cook the ingredients until they begin to boil. Stir often.
- Let the mixture cool. Put it into a jar and store in the fridge for up to ten days.
