French Toast and a Smoothie

RECIPE:
1/4 a cup of buttermilk
1 banana
1/4 a cup of yogurt
2 TBS Orange Juice
1/4 a cup of peaches

Blend everything together until creamy.

RECIPE:
2 slices of applesauce bread
1/4 cup of milk
1 egg
2 tsp cinnamon
1 TBS butter

Preheat the oven to 350. Whisk together the egg, milk, and cinnamon. Let the bread soak in the mixture for about 7 minutes on each side.
In a preheated pan, melt half of the butter. Put the bread in the pan, and let it cook until browned. Take it out, melt the other half of the butter in the pan, and cook the other side of the bread.
Put the bread in the oven for 5- 10 minutes.
Serves 1
